These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Bryt Group LLC, doing business as Bryt Bookkeeping ("Bryt," "we," "us," or "our"), located at brytbookkeeping.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to your use of the Site only. If you engage Bryt for bookkeeping or related services, those services are governed by a separate engagement letter or service agreement between you and Bryt.

We are not a certified public accounting firm, and we do not provide tax preparation, tax advisory, audit, assurance, attestation, legal, or investment advisory services. Nothing on this Site or in any communication from Bryt should be construed as tax advice, legal advice, or financial planning advice.

  • You acknowledge that information transmitted through the Site or email is not guaranteed to be secure, and you should not send sensitive financial data (bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, etc.) through the Site's contact form

A client relationship with Bryt is established only upon mutual execution of a written engagement letter or service agreement.

If you subscribe to our newsletter or email list, you consent to receiving periodic emails from Bryt, including educational content, business tips, service updates, and promotional materials. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in every email or by contacting us at nathan@brytbookkeeping.com.

BRYT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BRYT GROUP LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation

11. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site ("Dispute") shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in Los Angeles County, California, by a single arbitrator.

The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AND BRYT AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Small Claims Exception

Notwithstanding the arbitration provision above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in Los Angeles County, California, provided the claim falls within the court's jurisdictional limits.

12. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice, such as posting a notice on the Site or sending an email to registered users.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court or arbitrator, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable engagement letter or service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bryt regarding your use of the Site.
